The council have multiple ways to get in contact whether you want to report missed rubbish collections, order a bulk collection, report a lamp post that’s out of action, fly-tipping or E bikes that are blocking the road.
If you are a Smart Phone user, you can download the LoveClean Streets app (look for this image on your app store) which allows you to report problems you spot on the streets very quickly.
You can also report problems online through the H&F website www.lbhf.gov.uk/report-it
If you prefer to call, the council switchboard is 020 8748 3020 (open Monday -Friday 9-5pm).
The H&F out of hours emergency number is 020 8748 8588 (only if there is danger to health or safety).
